  • Local Venues Permission Form (19 KB)
    As you will be aware parents are often required to sign permission slips so that their child(ren) can take part in organised trips outside of the school. In order to improve the efficiency of getting permission for children to go on school activities and class trips outside of the school grounds, we have created a one off generic permission slip to cover all school activities at local venues for the year.
  • School Transport Assistance Application Form (754.3 KB)
    This form needs to filled out by all families who want their children to obtain free travel on the North/South Beach Bus and Peka Peka Bus Services. A separate form needs to be completed for each child and then returned to the school office for processing.
  • 2010 Book List (47.1 KB)
    This is the book list for all students for 2010. There are different lists for each syndicate. Takenote at the Waikanae Shops are able to provide you with a 'stationery pack' at competitive prices. Takenote make a sizable donation to the school if we support them by buying our stationery/school books through them

    Safer Communities Together Community Roadwatch Help us get the road toll down NZ POLICE COMMUNITY ROADWATCH PO BOX 9147 WELLINGTON Help us make the roads safer with Community Roadwatch. Road safety is a partnership between the public and NZ Police. A Community Roadwatch Report may cause a change in the way someone drives and prompt them to take care on the roads. You can fill out a Community Roadwatch Report if you see drivers putting others at risk. We will follow up the report by sending the owner of the vehicle a letter detailing the driving behaviour. A Community Roadwatch Report is not a formal complaint. If you wish the incident to be investigated, you should lodge a formal complaint at your nearest police station. Please send the form to: NZ Police Community Roadwatch PO Box 9147 WELLINGTON. Further copies are available from your nearest Police Station or www.police.govt.nz

    The Canteen 'Munchkins' is run by Lisa Ennis and opens at morning tea and lunchtime. It supplies healthy food options under the Ministry of Education guidelines.
